Coconut Chia Pudding
This creamy chia pudding is full of tropical flavors and will definitely wake you up in the morning!
Servings 4 Servings
- 1 ⅓ cup coconut yoghurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or more per preference
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Coconut chips or shredded coconut for garnish
- Passion fruit or other fruit for garnish
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and taste to test sweetness and adjust. Leave overnight in the fridge.
When serving, add your passionfruit on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
